D.R. Horton sells it as Saddlebrook, 1,324 to 2,647 square feet from about $318K, with a new phase open. CastleRock Communities sells it as Saddlebrook Estates, 1,604 to 2,817 square feet from about $315K to $487K in an 87-home section. Megatel Homes built an earlier section that has closed out.

First-time buyers and anyone who wants a new house with a pool and a school in walking distance under $400K. If you have a bigger budget and want larger lots, compare North Grove or Ridge Crossing.
